The Southern Struggle Continues in South Georgia, Yankee love it or leave it, and a touch of Southern Charm....

SUBJECT: Valdosta, GA, Yankee love it or leave it, Valdosta Colonial Mall, and 1, 100 displayed pictures in 5 department stores--SO WHAT?.

On November 15, 2007 our local newspaper the Valdosta Daily Times published a letter to the editor that read.

“Valdosta is a Southern Town with Southern charm. I like that, diversity is not the solution. To the Yankee that want diversity in Valdosta. I have one solution, move somewhere else.”

Again, and again the Valdosta Daily Times Rant/Race seems to be a true reflection of the people living in Valdosta Georgia. This may be why out of five department stores at our beautiful Valdosta Colonial mall have over 1, 100 pictures displayed in five retail stores.

However, less than 100 are pictures of Blacks when I counted them in October 2007.

Renaming of "Barber Park, Omissions by the Local Press, George defends himself from the Valdosta Daily Times comments

Then out of twenty-three city and county department heads. Only three department heads are Black in a city that is fifty-two percent Black. This information was provided to me from their own records. If the number has changed I seek their correction.

Moreover, the Valdosta, Lowndes County and James Rainwater Conference Center have no Blacks at all in a management position (Excluding Maybe Housecleaning), out of about ten positions. This was brought to my attention during the last city election from employees at the facility who should know. And they too are unhappy about the situation.

This created much controversy a few years ago when one applicant application was left in the bottom of a desk drawer and never placed into the pool of applicants for a position. One former employee at the center said at the time. That Blacks were not treated equally when it came to employment into management positions at the center.

Then to add insult to injury the low number of Black educators in our local school systems for whatever reason is another disgrace in our beloved community. Then out of nine city schools only one is named after a Black person. Not to mention that fifteen citizens were arrested and held in the Valdosta-Lowndes County Jail without bond for twenty-four hours. As they tried to get their elected officials form a committee to consider renaming Barber Park during a Monthly Valdosta City Council Meeting.

Therefore we know why many citizens do not want diversity, inclusion, equal justice and respect in this South Georgia Town for all citizens. One only need to visit local court proceedings and see how many Blacks is employed in or around the Judicial System in Valdosta-Lowndes County when court is being held. But who cares?

So I am thankful to the people of South Georgia and the Valdosta Daily Times for their continuous publications that reveals the heart beat of the real Christians and patriots living in our beloved community.

These publications are reaching the members of our armed forces stationed at Moody Air Force Base, students attending Valdosta State University, and visiting Wild Adventure Theme Park. Many of them believe in diversity, inclusion, freedom, and justice for all---is an asset to the well being of our community and republic. But again, who cares?

Therefore, it seem that many in our community are saying to military personnel, university students, and outsiders. Like it or leave it, we don't need, nor want you here. And it seems that our local media supports such theology. How sad?

So the good work of our local Christians, patriots and Southern Charm will continue a few more days. But in the end right will win, and history has a long record proving this fact.

God bless America and everybody else. And if we make it to heaven and do not like what we see---God Himself may say. If you don’t like it, then leave it!

Dr. Ronda Scott Cross and the South Georgia Media whiteout machine....and Valdosta City Council meeting

To: All concerned citizens of our beloved republic (613)

I am forwarding this communication because I truly believe that the South Georgia Media consistently fails the good people of South Georgia by not reporting news worthy events in our beloved community.

For example: At our last Valdosta City Council Meeting on November 19, 2007. The President of the SCLC (The Honorable Rev Floyd E. Rose) spoke directly to our Mayor, John Fretti, and Council on issues concerning our last city election.

However, the local press of South Georgia reported little to nothing to the citizens of South Georgia and beyond as to what his points of concerns were. In addition, this is nothing NEW. The people of South Georgia have seen this happen again, and again by our local South Georgia Media.

Therefore, this letter is being forwarding for your review and information. Otherwise, it too could escape your eyes and other news media outlets across our beloved Republic. I did not serve my country for over twenty honorable years to see our freedoms go down the drain. Mainly, because of people in power who seem to be bent on destroying our beautiful form of government. How Sad?

PLEASE READ AND BE THERE......

November 17, 2007 (Updated letter)

Brothers and Sisters of the Struggle:

The Alapaha Judicial Circuit including Atkinson County (Pearson), Berrien County (Nashville), Clinch County (Homerville), Cook County (Adel), and Lanier County (Lakeland) Georgia have been under federal investigation for political corruption.

The Chief Judge (Brooks Blitch) and State Court Judge (Berrien Sutton) of our circuit have been formally charged with misconduct that may force both from the bench. This misconduct will have serious implications on past and pending court cases. Also, others in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit have been indicted and/or entered guilty pleas in federal court:

Clinch County Clerk of Court, Clinch County Deputy Clerk of Court,
Clinch County Associate Magistrate Judge, Clinch County Administrative
Sheriff Deputy, Homerville Housing Authority Director, and most recently,
Clinch County Sheriff.

All of the above elected and appointed officials influenced a controversial criminal case of The State of Georgia v. (former Clinch County Commissioner) Ronda Cross-Scott. The state’s case stemmed from bogus voter registration violations based on residency. The court seated an all-White jury during trial.

Because I spoke “truth to power” about financial mismanagement of local government, Clinch’s political powers misused and abused the state’s resources and time to retaliate against me. I have endured jail time, county banishment, intensive probation, community service, and financial/emotional turmoil- deemed the most racial of all Georgia politics.

My attorney- Harold McLendon (Dublin) and I ask for your support and attendance of area churches at the Atkinson County courthouse on Tuesday, November 27, 2007. Joining our fight for equal justice, SCLC will meet on Atkinson’s courthouse grounds at 9:30AM for a prayer rally prior to Judge Dane Perkins’ decision whether to “drop” the case.

We humbly ask for your attendance and support so that you may remain informed about court issues in your community.

Dr. Ronda Cross Scott, and our "WHITEOUT" Machine STRIKES Again in Valdosta Georgia! How sad for the uninformed Citizens?!

TO: The Best American Patriots, and Beyond….

SUBJECT: LOCAL MEDIA WHITEOUT MACHINE STRIKES AGAIN!

Apparently, the South Georgia whiteout machine seems to have struck again in an effort to keep us “ALL” deaf, dumb, and blind to what is going on in our beloved community.

Did you know? That on Tuesday November 27, 2007 members of the organization the Rev Martin L. King Jr. founded, the SCLC, along with members of the NAACP totaling 350 citizens, came from around the State of Georgia to the Atkinson County Court House. Were you made aware by your newspaper that the old outlawed Georgia State Flag still flies as proud as ever over the Atkinson County Court House on land that is paid for by the public.

Were you aware? That over three hundred citizens prayed, and gathered on the court house lawn in support of Dr. Ronda Cross-Scott case at 10:30pm. Many were United States Armed Forces Veterans. Then there was a motorcade to a local church in Alapaha in the spirit of Non-Violence, as was the teaching of Rev. King. There they planned their strategy to keep the struggle alive in the Alapaha Circuit, and beyond---until Justice is received for all Georgia citizens.

After a few routine procedures the Honorable Judge Perkins held his grounds and did what most all of us expected. He continued to have Rhonda Cross Scott banished from Homerville Georgia—while the outdate confederate flag blew in the wind.

Although, the Alapaha Judicial Circuit including Atkinson County (Pearson), Berrien County (Nashville), Clinch County (Homerville), Cook county (Adel), and Lanier County (Lakeland) Georgia have been under federal investigation for political corruption. The Chief Judge (Brooks Blitch) and State Court Judge (Berrien Sutton) of this circuit have been formally charged with misconduct that may force both from the bench. Also, as I understand it others in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit have been indicted and /or entered guilty pleas in federal court:

Cinch County Clerk of the Court, Clinch County Deputy Clerk of County, Clinch County Associate Magistrate Judge, Clinch County Administrative Sheriff Deputy, Homerville Housing Authority Director, and most recently, Clinch County Sheriff.

How can any sane person, say that these elected and appointed officials, did not influence the controversial criminal case of The State of Georgia Vs. (former Clinch county Commissioner), Ronda Cross-Scott? All concerned citizens must ask what impact did these people have on the jury selection process that seated an all-White jury during trial.

All because this patriotic, outstanding American citizen (Ronda Cross Scott), spoke “truth to power” about financial mismanagement of local government, Clinch’s political powers misused and abused the state’s resources and that it was retaliation time against this former outstanding county commissioner.

Therefore, she had to suffer jail time, county banishment, intensive probation, and community service, WHITEOUT from some media outlets, humiliation, financial, and emotional turmoil. And NOW she continues to be forced to travel down the road as many other prophets, priests, kings and others who traveled that great line of divine.

Only to shed light on the words of the old 1860 Southern Charter that read in Valdosta City Hall a few years ago that read: In Article 100, Section XI, “THAT THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL SHALL PASS ALL PROPER AND NECESSARY LAWS AND ORDINANCES FOR THE CONTROL OF SLAVES AND FREE PERSONS OF COLOR IN SAID TOWN AND SUPPRESS AND ABATE ALL NUISANCES ARRIVING FROM HOGS, DOGS, HORSES, OR OTHER STOCK STRAYING AT LARGE IN SAID TOWN, OR FROM OTHER CAUSES.”

It is not strange that our local newspaper and some TV stations failed to publish anything about the case. And to the 625 readers who are reading this material. The local press was dully, and truly notified of the event---- well in advance. This has become a routine practice in our beloved community, and some seem to think that it will continue forever. How Sad? http://community.freespeech.org/node/10734/play

And this is in spite of the fact that the Alapaha circuit has filled the NEWS in our community, State, and Nation for months and years------now on corruption. I believe the citizens of Georgia have a right to know the facts surrounding their elected and appointed officials in the State of Georgia. I did not put my life on the line for over twenty-years to see what is happening in our beloved Republic.

The Honorable Ronda Cross Scott vs. the State of Georgia in a controversial criminal case that stemmed from bogus voter registration violations based on residency. Moreover, the selection process of an all white Jury selection process--------must be questioned throughout the South Georgia Area, and the low number of Blacks employed in and around the entire court process in small southern towns. All these issues---must be thoroughly investigated by an outside agency, and this means outside the State of Georgia.

Once again, it appears that the same mentality of the old 1860 Valdosta City Charter that was displayed in Valdosta City Hall for over twenty-years are alive and well. It may have been removed from the walls of many courtrooms but it seems to have remained in the hearts of many. Again, the charter read in part:

“THAT THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL SHALL PASS ALL PROPER AND NECESSARY LAWS AND ORDINANCES FOR THE CONTROL OF SLAVES AND FREE PERSONS OF COLOR IN SAID TOWN AND SUPPRESS AND ABATE ALL NUISANCES ARRIVING FROM HOGS, DOGS, HORSES, OR OTHER STOCK STRAYING AT LARGE IN SAID TOWN, OR FROM OTHER CAUSES.”

It seems that the same rule is (NOW), being applied to our South Georgia Media, the Free Press, and the employment of certain citizens in local, state, and federal jobs in many southern citizens.

Moreover, from the females working in Valdosta-Lowndes County Department of Family and Children reports to me. That this facility is need of major repair when it comes to hiring/promotions of Blacks in Management positions is a total disgrace along with alleged mistreatment of employee without any recourse from the State of Georgia Human Resource Department. As they employees reports and this too must be change…for the overall good of our total community, state, and nation.

The WHITEOUT of this court proceeding in Atkinson County Georgia----by certain parts of our media-----may come as a shock to some. But not to BLACK and WHITERIGHT, people who have seen this method used again, and again to keep us “ALL” deaf, dumb, and blind to the times.

But I am 100% sure that both Black and White Right people will win in the end. American history is a long history of this and the God of our ancestors is on our side. So until them, God bless American and everybody else.

Fed up! But will never give up, on our form of government

PS: http://colorado.indymedia.org/node/344

Now! Keep thinking it is about race in America. There is a real attempt to remove our freedoms not just from Black and White Right People…but from all of us. But when the majority finally wakes up from their deep sleep to the New Empire------it will be too late.

We will be under the law of a police state and it will take perhaps centuries for us to recover. But keep thinking it’s a Black Vs. White issue. I contend like Jesus and others. That until Americans wants for their neighbors and their neighbor’s children. The same things they want for ourselves, and their own children then the entire world, as we know it is doomed. But then again, who cares?
